How To Make Easy Healthy Banana Breakfast Cookies

Step 1

Start by mashing the bananas.

Step 2

Combine mashed bananas, collagen, egg, peanut butter and vanilla. Mix well. My favorite collagen to use is Further Food Chocolate Collagen.

Step 3

Add oats, baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix!

My favorite chocolate chips to use are Hu chocolate chips. I love Hu chocolate chips because they don’t contain any added sugar. Additionally, they are free from dairy, palm oil, emulsifiers, soy lecithin, gluten, refined sugar, cane sugar and sugar alcohols. Like all Hu products, the Hu chocolate chips are Vegan, Paleo, Gluten-Free, Non-GMO, and Kosher. These chips are made with organic cacao, unrefined organic coconut sugar, organic fair-trade cocoa butter.

Step 4

Form into cookies and place on a baking sheet. Top with sea salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 mins!
